Anyone Can Do Network Marketing?

Saying “Anyone Can Do Network Marketing!” It is Like Selling a ‘One Size Fits All’ Dress. 90% Will Wish They Hadn’t Bought It!

There are as many different types of people as there are reasons why people chose to or not to become Network Marketers, home business owners, enter MLM, Ebay and so on.

Some enter the world of Multilevel Marketing because they are told that they can earn huge sums of money, marketing a product that sells itself and that no sales experience is required. NO, if you have no sales or marketing experience MLM is perhaps not for you because:-

You need to market and sell to recruit your down line, because most of you out there do not have an automated marketing program to bolt onto the front of your primary business that does it for you.

Most of you do not have an applicant vetting process that weeds out the people who don’t have the skill, stamina, determination, energy nor self-confidence to be an Entrepreneur. In actual fact, most of you are so relieved to get anyone to join your down line that you take people who have no better chance than you at succeeding.

Most of you are not the leaders that others want to follow! That may sound harsh, but let’s face it, many of you chose to work from home to avoid the stress of managing anyone but yourself. There is helpful information from Magnetic Sponsoring on Attraction Marketing on my blog along with information on how to use health and fitness to improve self-confidence, energy and stamina for business.

Many of you will always be followers; you just need to know if that is you. If that is you, that is okay, but you need to find a Network Marketing Opportunity that can give you a significant commission from high end products that you don’t have to sell too many of, the support of a repeatable back office marketing system and only one level down line of good people.

Back to my analogy - Yes you can be successful, have freedom, security and make a lot of money, but find the clothes that suit you and that fit!

The unimaginable Benefits of Stopping Smoking

I recently made a video called “Effects of Smoking on your Business” focussing on the inefficiency involved, time lost, distraction and the struggle to keep up energy levels. Only 2 days after uploading it a friend who lives locally mentioned that he had watched it, found it interesting, but that he has not noticed that smoking has had any effect on his life.

I tend to take time to reflect and consider, before replying and decided that there was nothing to be gained by starting a debate or lecture on the subject, with a friend who is clearly not ready for change and let’s face it, whether he chooses to smoke or not has no impact on me.

However, it also occurred to me that he is unlikely to be aware of the effects of smoking on him, as he has done it for so long! You see, you are so used to feeling however you feel on any normal day, that it is difficult to comprehend how much better you could feel by making changes in your life.

Now, I am no qualified diet or fitness Guru, but I am a successful Entrepreneur in more than one field and I know that being able to look after yourself is a significant key to being able to look after a business and that stamina, self-discipline, motivation, consistency and the ability to step out of your comfort zone will always apply to both.

Go on, unleash your potential!

Honey can keep you working on Your Network Marketing Business

I regularly mention that in order to maximize your success, you should change your diet and fitness regime a little bit at a time. This is a lifestyle change, not a race!

So, what do I mean? Here is an example of something you can change this week:-

Use honey to replace sugar and syrup in cooking. In recent years a 3,000 year old jar of honey was discovered in a tomb and it had not gone off! How often have you found a jar of jam with fury blue mould growing on it?

Watch the video to get a more animated view, but be aware that this was one of my earlier video productions and the deliver is less than that of a professional speaker. Maybe I'll put a more recent one up next for your to compare it against.

Anyway, I digress.

Honey is an antibiotic, bacteria / germs can't survive in it. In the past it was used externally on wounds and internally on ulcers. Food made using honey will take longer to deteriorate and when consumed it will help to kill bacteria and germs on its way through your system. Honey and lemon is a popular combination for medicines as the honey kills germs and the vitamin c in the lemon boosts your immune system.
I mix the juice of half a lemon with a teaspoon of honey and give it to my kids once a week. They think it is a treat (unless I forget to get the pips out)!

Honey is also an erogenic aid, which means that it helps boost energy in athletes.

Finally, there are only 128 calories per ounce, so if you must drink coffee, use honey and not sugar!

There you go, just a quick read today.

Keep your eyes out for the next blog tomorrow when I will be covering the benefits of garlic!

How do MLM become more attractive in Network Marketing

Now there is a topical question!

The world of Internet Marketing and running a home business, whether multi-level Marketing or 'Get Paid Today' systems, the web is a very competitive place to be right now.

You are being taught that in order to attract more business you need to brand yourself, to have a unique angle with with to attract people to you as opposed to sending endless unsolicited links and e-mails or to wreck your finances on expensive PPCs. 'Position yourseld as a leader and they will come'.

That is very sound advice and those who get it are making comfortable or even significant incomes from training provided by the likes of Mike Dillard and his Magnetic Sponsoring Formula.

However, many of you out there will be asking "How to I brand myself as a leader, when I don't feel like one yet?" Neurolinguistic programming will go so far, in terms of getting you beyond living in the past and turning your back on the rocky road you travelled to this point in your life.

So many people join MLM with the passion and the enthusiasm to go out there and make their fortune, but after you've have been slogging away blogging, plugging, advertising, marketing only to find a small number of short-term consultants / affiliates, you may feel defeated, de-motivated, deflated and even annoyed at your Company or your sponsor? It could be worse, you could have been in a business that suggests you start off by alienating your family and friends.

How would you feel if I told you that there is a way to feel like the leader you want to be within 90 days, starting right now. No preparation or investment is required (although you may need to change the contents of your fridge and buy some running shoes).

There is a way you can generate more energy, stamina, determination, IQ, self-confidence and success and that is quite simply be making a few modifications to your lifestyle. Furthermore, in terms of attraction, how would you fel with a better palor, younger looking skin, clearer skin, healthier hair and maybe even a better physique?

Do you realise that how you feel is a combination of your state of mind and your diet and exercise regime?

Follow this blog and over the next few weeks and months I will give you the formula I used to go from being a tired, worn out, smoking, couch potato, to being an energetic, self-confident business success and you'll get it for free!

Change the way you feel and make yourself fit for success, without having to restrict your food intake or run a marathon.

You may be saying to yourself "Diet? Exercise? Me?, You're joking?". Put it this way, you need the determination to take the first step, after that your endorphins and the satisfaction about the way you feel and look will give you the energy to see you through the rest of the way.

WARNING - If you can't summon the effort and time to look after yourself, do you really think you should be looking after a business? If you are not attracting anyone into your business right now, are you beginning to understand why?

Let me help you change that. Keep in touch.

Best wishes

Chocolate Health Benefits

They say "True strength is the ability to break a chocolate bar with your bare hands, then only eat one piece!"

This is the next tip in our series helping you to maximize your potential through diet and fitness, one step at a time. I think you'll enjoy this one, because I am going to make you happy.

  • If we could convince you that dark chocolate can form part of a healthy balanced diet, would you eat it?

  • If we could prove that it can make you happy, would you buy your spouse and kids dark chocolate eggs for Easter?

  • If we could quantify how dark chocolate can reduce depression, PMT, blood pressure and cholesterol would you be happy for your kids to have some following a healthy meal at school?

(When I refer to dark chocolate it means having a minimum cocoa content of 70%).So, dark chocolate, consumed in moderation (3 squares / 1oz / 28.35g) per day), can form part of a healthy diet.

So what is so special about dark chocolate?

Dark chocolate can form part of a healthy diet, but fresh fruit and vegetable containing many of the same nutrients and vitamins should be consumed first. Dark chocolate should make up part of your ideal calorific daily intake and not be taken in addition to it.Dark chocolate can reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure and prevent clotting.Tryptophan (a precursor to serotonin) in dark chocolate is a mood enhancer that can reduce depression and PMT.Tannins, a chemical in chocolate can apparently prevent cavities from forming.Powerful antioxidants in chocolate can prevent cell damage, and reduce the risk of age related chronic diseases and cancer.

However

Dark chocolate contains caffeine, which is addictive and promotes the expulsion of fluids from the body.It acts as an appetite inhibitor, so if it is eaten in isolation as opposed to part of a meal, the brain may indicate that the body is satisfied before sufficient other essential nutrients have been consumed.Unless taken in moderation as part of a balanced diet overconsumption can lead to obesity.

Tryptophan a precursor to SerotoninOur brains make Serotonin, a natural, mood enhancing drug. It makes us feel happy and can reduce depression. During menstruation females have less oestrogen, which is used by the brain to make serotonin, which may account for mood swings and PMT.At school, social interaction, exams, pressure to perform, bullying and many other factors can cause pressure in the daily life of students and if we can help to alleviate this by providing dark chocolate as part of a healthy meal (not in isolation) we feel we should.

What dark chocolate contains:-

Cocoa, cocoa butter, calcium, iron, fat, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, caffeine, serotonin, flavonoids, calories, protein, vitamins A,B,D and E
Calories 136

Protein 1.19g

Total Fat 8.51g

Calcium 9mg

Magnesium 33mg

Phosphorus 37mg

Potassium 103mg

Caffeine 18mg

(You will notice I am not referring to milk or white chocolate, as they have almost no nutritionally beneficial qualities and Q-tass ltd will not be introducing them as products within our portfolio).

Cocoa

Made from beans harvested from the cocoa tree.
Cocoa butterCocoa butter does contain saturated fats, however oleic acid, a monosaturated fat has been shown to be either a neutral or beneficial on the effect on cholesterol as opposed to hydrogenated fats which negatively impact on cholesterol. This means that dark chocolate can reduce cholesterol.

Flavonoids (antioxidant) called epicatechins and procyanidins. Flavonoids are powerful antioxidents which remove free-radicals. However, they can also be found in tea, red wine and various fruits and vegetables.

Calcium

Essential for the growth of bones and teeth.
Other sources of calcium are:-· Whole grains· Pulses· Vegetables· Water

Magnesium

Magnesium is vital within your body for hormone production and can have beneficial effects on pre-menstrual problems. Magnesium is present in all green vegetables

Potassium

Potassium is one of the essential body salts helping to balance fluids and muscle contraction and therefore heartbeat. Replenish your potassium levels after exercise as potassium is excreted through sweat. It is easy to top up with:-
Vegetable juicesFresh fruitAvocadosPotatoesNutsLeafy green vegetables

Iron

The vital component of haemoglobin, which transports oxygen from the lungs to the cells and returns waste carbon dioxide to the lungs from the cells using the circulaqtory system.60% of the iron in our bodies is in the form of red pigment, best ingested by eating meat, especially liver and kidneys. This form is much more readily absorbed than iron in non-meat food sources such as:-ChocolateShellfishBroccoli, Egg yolks
Symptoms of iron deficiency include fatigue, pale skin, sore tongue, loss of appetite and nausea.

Despite having written several health and nutrition related e-books, I do not class myself as either a Nutritionist or a Dietician. I am a career caterer, with a profound interest and passion for good, fresh, healthy food.

I am continuously reviewing products and services to ensure that it is both appropriate and relevant and to my surprise, the information I have come across about cocoa and dark chocolate has not only given me a different perspective, but I notice that the endless number of internet entries have also carried a similar message, which is that in moderation, dark chocolate has many health benefits.
